Mission:

Your mission will be based on the following axes:

Mission 1 – Brand strategy

  • Preparing, setting up, testing, deploying and monitoring the performance of web acquisition and loyalty campaigns for various brands according to the established strategy and the schedule defined in collaboration with the agency’s clients
  • Targeting, programming and follow-up of deliverability and performance of emailings (and cross-channel extensions),
  • Coordination of the different professions: copywriting, DTP, translation, publishing, IT, etc.

Mission 2 – Marketing strategy

  • Continuous performance improvement through comparative testing processes on own initiative or on behalf of the Marketing team,
  • Reporting to the brand manager and to the Marketing Department (KPIs, deliverability, ROI, activity report)
  • Leading cross-functional marketing projects for different brands and contributing to the optimization of the acquisition and retention strategy,

Must have:

  • You have a strong digital culture
  • You have a university or college education in digital marketing
  • You have B to C marketing experience with database management of several tens of thousands of contacts
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing
  • You understand and take ownership of business issues very quickly
  • You are agile and comfortable with project management tool (ie: JIRA – Confluence – Slack – other)
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and results-oriented.
  • You are comfortable with understanding and processing data through Excel (Pivot Table) – Power BI – Google Analytics
  • You master email marketing tool (ie: Adobe Campaign – Actito – Salesforce – Cheetah Digital – other) and are comfortable with building elaborate campaign workflows
  • You have already worked with and are comfortable with testing tool (ie: Adobe Target – AB Tasty – Convertize – Google Optimiz- other)
  • You have worked on current CMS (ie: WordPress or Drupal or …)
  • You are synthetical and know how to put forward the essential information for decision making
  • Fluent in English
  • good understanding of french

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of acquisition techniques (Affiliation – SEA)
  • You are comfortable with direct marketing techniques
